This project focuses on developing a QLIK reporting dashboard designed to capture all relevant metrics from the MRP plan run history. Acting as a control tower for MRP plans, this dashboard will enable us to monitor trends, identify optimal times for action, and gain deeper insights into data and resource growth over time. By visualizing these metrics, we aim to enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and ensure proactive management of our systems that support manufacturing resource planning.
